CSU Systemwide Concur Optimization

NEWS!

The CSU Expense Management Optimization project will transition all CSU campuses and participating auxiliaries using CFS to a single, shared Concur platform beginning in March 2026. This means travel, expense reimbursements, Travel Card and ProCard requests, ProCard reconciliation, hospitality justifications, and approvals will all be handled directly in Concur. The move streamlines workflows, improves the user experience, and applies policies more consistently across the CSU, while adding new features and better visibility into spending to support efficiency, compliance, and shared services.

Group, Guest & Student Travel
You can enter expenses for group, guest, and student travel directly in Concur.

Booking with Concur
Use Concur Travel to book air, hotel, rail—and in some cases, car—reservations for CSU trips. All bookings go through our Travel Management Company, Christopherson Business Travel (CBT). Note that each phone call to CBT adds a $26 per-ticket fee.
