The Cashier's Office is responsible for the general cashiering function for the University which includes processing payments of all fees. They distribute the payroll warrants for all employees as well as checks from the Accounts Payable Department. In addition, they provide information to students, staff and faculty on various issues. Cashiers Office is located in Administration East at the front of the Student Financial Services building, directly across from Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Payments
Online
Payments can be made via MyCSUB using an eCheck with no service fee. Payments can also be made using a credit/debit card with a 2.65% non-refundable service fee charged by our third-party processor. See How to Guide for in depth instructions (link to guide).
In-Person
Cash, check, or cashier’s check/ money order are the only accepted forms of payment. A campus or government issued ID is required.
International
Payments can be made via Flywire by logging into your myCSUB.edu account and selecting to use Flywire payment service at check out. The University only accepts International payments processed by Flywire. See International Wire Memo for more information.
529 Education Savings Plan and Mailed Payments
Instruct plan to include the following:
- Make checks payable to CSUB, not the beneficiary
- Include the name and/or the student ID number

Parking
The Cashiers Office no longer issues student parking permits. However, activity passes are available for parking in Lot I.
