Contract Signing Authority
Only authorized officials under delegation can sign contracts on behalf of the Trustees of the CSU or its Auxiliaries.

Contractual documents that must be reviewed and processed by Procurement:
- Memorandum/Letters of Understanding (MOU/LOU)
- Order Forms or Scopes of Work (SOW)
- Licenses
- Software as a Service (SAAS) or Software Subscriptions
- Placement/Internship/Service Learning
- Leases and Rentals
- Financing
Steps for contracts:
1. Obtain your contract
2. Upload your unsigned contract along with a quote (if applicable) to the appropriate form in P2P.
If the agreement does not include monetary exchange, it still needs to go through Procurement.
3. The assigned Buyer will work the contract and obtain the required signatures on the contract.
