BC/CSUB Orchestra Fall 2025 Chair Placement Auditions

Wednesday, August 20, 4:00pm – 8:30pm, CSUB Music Building Room 127

Welcome (or welcome back) to the BC/CSUB Orchestra! We are excited to make music with you this year. We are especially looking forward to our rehearsing twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) instead of only one. 

Our rehearsals:

Mondays, 7:00pm-8:45pm at CSUB, Music Building Room 128

Wednesdays, 7:00pm-8:45pm at BC, Music Building Band Room

To being the season, we would like to meet all new members as well as determine our seating placement. In the interest of optimizing our orchestra, we ask that all members, returning and new, participate in chair placement auditions.

Also, if you're 19 years of age and younger on Saturday, September 6, 2025, you should consider also auditioning for the Bakersfield Youth Symphony Orchestra! More information and audition material can be found at their website.
