Strategic Enrollment Management Council
The Strategic Enrollment Management Council was formed to accomplish the following:
- Share knowledge and data related to lead enrollment indicators, the enrollment forecast model, and the university budget preparation
- Share the workload related to the development of the enrollment forecast model
- Develop a timeline of enrollment forecasting inputs that involves each unit
- Communicate to the Senior Leadership with a collective voice
