Homecoming Guide
The Alumni Rising `Runner program, a signature Homecoming event started in 2014, recognizes CSUB alumni of the last 10 years who are already making an impact in their career and community. It also gives current CSUB students a chance to learn from their examples.
The deans of CSUB's four academic colleges choose a Rising `Runner each year in consultation
with their faculty and staff. The Alumni Association traditionally honors them with
a luncheon and awards ceremony and then invites students to hear them talk about their
post-CSUB career and life path during a Q and A session.
*Please note: Alumni Rising `Runner is open only to students, Rising ‘Runners and guests, and appropriate faculty, staff and administrators
Registration is required.
*Please note: The Campus Alumni Social is only open to CSUB staff and faculty alumni
CSUB ALUMNI HALL OF FAME WILL SEE FOUR NEW INDUCTEES
This year’s Alumni Hall of Fame will be held Thursday, February 20th at the DoubleTree Hilton Bakersfield Hotel.
WE WELCOME ALUMNI FAMILIES HOME FOR A WEEKEND OF VIP FESTIVITIES AND FUN!
Friday, February 21 and Saturday, February 22
$40 per ticket, $20 for children 10 years and younger
Register by February 18th!
