Curriculum and Catalog Management Using CourseLeaf

 What is CourseLeaf?

CourseLeaf is a series of software products used to manage the faculty and administrative processes for curriculum review and publishing of the online catalog.  This transparent system allows the campus community to review curricular and catalog content at any time.

Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM)

CIM is the campus software used to simplify the curriculum process by providing one location for the proposing, reviewing and approving of curriculum through the required faculty governance workflow.  CIM keeps curriculum organized, accurate and easily integrated with our SIS and Catalog.

Catalog (CAT)

CAT is the digital catalog system. This online system allows users to access the catalog on their computers, tablets, and smartphones. If you prefer a paper copy, this digital format also allows you to download and print individual pages as needed. You can easily search within the catalog to view academic degrees and programs. Please review the current catalog and explore its many features.

Catalog Editorial Changes

Faculty can make the editorial changes to the catalog during the academic year by submitting a Service Now Ticket.  ALL other catalog changes must be submitted for curricular review via CIM.

Log into Service Now. From the main screen, select Enrollment Management Catalog. Under Enrollment Systems subtitle, select Academic Request. Once the ticket opens, under Issue Type, select Catalog Editorial Changes Only. Provide a description and any attachments as needed.
