Academic Operation publishes a document that includes the important dates and deadlines for catalog and curricular actions.  The document can be found at the link below:

The University has established a curricular review timeline to ensure accurate catalog and associated systems.  Curricular review begins at the Department and/or Program level and should begin in the academic year prior to the review deadlines.  All curricular review must be completed by December 1st of the AY prior to implementation (i.e., catalog and instruction).
