Fitness Workshops and Events
The SRC’s Fitness Workshops aim to educate students in a hands-on environment. We offer a mixture of weightlifting workshops, fitness seminars, and exciting events such as the Strong ‘Runner Competition and SRC All Stars. Our goal is to empower you to feel comfortable while working out, learn new skills, and challenge you in a supportive environment.
Spring 2025 Fitness Workshops and Events
Fitness Orientations - Ongoing
Limited experience working out in a gym? Fitness Orientations give you a chance to learn proper technique when performing both strength and cardiovascular exercises. Our staff will review equipment on the FitFloor, HIIT Loft, and FitLoft. Along with going over exercise technique, staff will also educate you about our policies at the SRC.
