*The Runner Café may not be reserved during operational hours. It is at the discretion of the director/designee to make an exception.

All rental agreements will include assessment charges for any damages incurred or extensive clean-up needed after the event. Nights and weekends are subject to OT set-up and clean-up costs: $25 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
